Modified on Fri, 20 Jun at 3:48 PM

The subscription to ATAS software works on a recurring model — that is, with automatic renewal. After the first payment by credit card or via PayPal, the system will automatically charge the payment upon the expiration of the license and extend access to the platform.

How to check if the subscription with recurring payments is active

You can check the status of your subscription in your Client Area.

If the subscription with automatic recurring payments is active, you will see the subscription type and the date of the next automatic payment:

If the auto-renewal of the subscription is not activated and there is no active license, you will see the following information:

Available payment methods for automatic renewal

The subscription with automatic payment renewal can be subscribed to using a credit card or PayPal.

For payment by credit card:

  • You can activate automatic payment either at the time of payment or at any time before the expiration of your license in the "Payment Methods" tab in your Client Area. Your active license must have been paid with the associated card.

For payment via PayPal:

  • You can only activate automatic payment at the time of payment — it will not be possible to do it later.
  • Automatic payment is available for paid plans with a duration of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months.
  • Due to PayPal's technical limitations, if the total number of days in your subscription plan exceeds 365 days, the recurring payment will not be activated.

It is not enough to just add a new credit card as a payment method. To activate automatic payments, please follow the instructions below. If you encounter problems activating the subscription with automatic payments, please contact our customer service.
